Excellent Designers, Excellent products I adapted my kitchen, took a wall down really wanted an island which Lucy managed to design on in, Instead of doing just doors decided to go for a whole new kitchen as it was great discount and I was very inspired after visiting the showroom, I fitted most of the kitchen myself but they were able to point me to a carpenter to help with my worktops which was really kind of them. Ryan and Darren were super helpful with returning a couple of un needed bits of product even a few months later when I found a spare plinth knocking around my garage! Over the moon with the design and service from this branch and I will highly recommend to anyone Thank you

Great Customer Service

We moved house & we wanted to replace the dated kitchen, we shopped around but decided on the fab design created by Lucy in the Weymouth branch. It was just what we wanted, quality units & a very competitively priced! Lucy was great through the entire process nothing was too much trouble, great customer service, would highly recommend.

Excellent customer services and products

We were looking for a new larder/storage area for our kitchen and were directed towards Howdens Weymouth. We were greeted by the designer Lucy and given a tour of the showroom. She was friendly, informative and felt no pressure from her. In the end we bought all new doors for our existing kitchen, a larder and new flooring. The drawers we had delivered were unfortunately the wrong size. We rang Howdens and spoke to the manager Dave who was very apologetic and friendly and said for us to come in and it will be sorted. We headed back in and with no issue the drawer fronts were exchanged. Great service, friendly staff and beautiful products. Would highly recommend.

Customer service takes a lot to be desired, trying to replace faulty goods under warranty virtually impossible.

Hardwood doors

Howdens Doors come polythene to keep the moisture out and also plastic protection caps on top and bottom corners of doors so they do not get damaged in transit very. pleased with packaging. It does save time and money sending damaged goods back. With Howdens, it is very rarely damaged. I would like to add customer service 2nd to none.
