Not to bad, service was quick and what’s needed, product are fine. The only thing is price is no different to competitors at retail prices so don’t see the big issues on trade accounts ect?

Door deliveries

I had a couple of customers who both ended up having similar doors and door furniture, that I needed to have delivered to their addresses on Portland. A bit of chaos with the 1st customer but 2nd was almost perfect. The problem with 2nd was the branch did not have the furniture packs in when they delivered the doors, so we discussed having hinges only with the doors and furniture would be delivered FOC the following day. I ended up having to pay for the hinges separately and had them then duplicated with door packs, which unfortunately were not delivered and I had to break from the job to go and collect, which was not ideal
