Malton.

Receiving an email about an order I had made (when I hadn’t) wasn’t good. Then, when I told whoever, they told me that I had made the order. Same name as me apparently. No apologies or anything!! I deal with Steve at our local branch and nobody else. The Malton branch are clearly bafoons!!

New Howdens Kitchen

We have recently installed a new kitchen through Howdens in Whitby. The kitchen designer was extremely helpful at all stages with useful ideas and practical input. The other staff there have been just as helpful sorting bits and pieces out afterwards. We were able to choose from a wide variety of sizes and finishes with plenty of options. The units were supplied assembled and felt solid. The price seemed good, particularly as we bought in a sale and we would happily go back for future needs.
