Another two examples of great service…

Another two examples of great service from the Whitstable depot. Firstly I needed some flooring quickly for a job. They got it in for me within a couple of days so I could get on with it on time. And secondly I needed a kitchen quoted for an important client of mine, who are also friends. I spoke to the Manager Joe, who went out himself. They were so impressed with the service and beating previous quotes, they have placed the order for this week. Thanks Joe and his team !

Great service again !

I bought some handle, hinge and latch pack sets over the phone with Joe, the manager. They were at a great price and were advertised in their Rooster leaflet The quality is excellent. I ordered it over the phone and collected it a couple of days later and were all in stock and boxed up ready for me.

I have used Howdens Whitstable for a decade now, the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. I’m a better fitter because of them. I recommend Howdens to all of my customers. I only did 4 stars because a new member of staff has made a couple of design errors that has cost me time and my customer a few quid. That’s very rare tho

Howdens Excellent service I went to Howdens in Whitstable just before Easter through a recommendation and was pleased with my kitchen purchase and i am happy to recommend Howdens further. The employee who helped with the initial design process and he visited my home early to gauge the required measurements and what i was actually looking for. My expectations were exceeded when i saw the plans that he had produced and we went through all sort of colour and décor for the structure of the kitchen being planned and presented All staff on the day of my visit were all very friendly and very helpful.
