Really impressed with Howdens…

Really impressed with Howdens Whitstable! It was just a small bathroom door handle replacement, but I was struggling to find the right size. Ifzal provided exceptional customer service, helping me find the correct replacement handle and showing me the samples. Very pleasant and professional to deal with, highly recommended!

Straight Forward Purchase Without Any Hassle

Nothing was too much trouble. Went back various amounts of times to make sure we had ordered exactly what we wanted, and was easy to make changes and add items to suit our needs. Quality products, with lots of choice. Friendly staff and easy to deal with.

Not having what you are looking for

I went in to see if you had a mitre block but you don’t sell them which I find a bit surprising but I suppose that is to be expected these days. I did end up buying some wipes which are good.

Ifzal was fantastic! Extremely helpful with the design and went to great efforts to successfully fully price match Wickes. Nothing was too much effort despite my continued pestering with attention to detail. Can highly recommend.

Pleased with our kitchen, we got there in the end…

I’ve given 4 stars due to the original hiccups and issues we had during the process of renovating our kitchen. Initially the Whitstable designer was helpful and thorough. However upon deliver there were numerous errors. We had our order delivered in 2 phases, the utility first and there were several problems. However Assistant Manager Ifzal quickly and effectively stepped in and remedied them, swiftly. We were dubious about the delivery of the main kitchen, however our original Kitchen Designer had at this point, left the company so we were able to deal directly with Ifzal. There had been several errors made by the ex-employee, which Ifzal gave his full attention and we really felt he had our best interest in mind. We feel Ifzal went over and above, his Customer Service skills are brilliant. We also had good dealings with Caroline and Callum. Had we dealt with this team throughout our experience, I would, I’m sure have been able to score 5 stars. We are delighted with our kitchen, we went for Halesworth Charcoal, choosing a complimentary high end quartz and it looks stunning, definitely on a par with a bespoke kitchen. I would recommend Whitstable Howdens 100%, with the current team.

A great service from start to finish. The kitchen designer, Bob, was brilliant and made the whole process easy. The quality of the products vary according to price so you have a choice according to your budget. I would highly recommend Howdens to everyone.
