I placed my order at my local branch

I placed my order at my local branch, some of the items were in stock at my local branch ready for collection. The items not in stock were sourced by the local branch and were ready for my collection with 24 hours - Great service

Mike the branch manager at wickford was very helpful throughout my ordering process and when a few items arrived that were incorrect he swapped them over with out any fuss.

The door was not in stock but the staff…

The door was not in stock but the staff had arranged for another depot to provide the door for my collection the same day without any fuss or undue paperwork. When I went to collect the door the staff at the other depot were as friendly and helpful as the staff at my local depot which made the process of collecting a door from another depot easy and simple.

I asked for my door to be put aside…

I asked for my door to be put aside until I could get there later that day and they were more than happy to, they’re very polite and helpful and when I collected it was no trouble to take it to my van for me.
