Everything rubbish

Everything! You lied about a gift in store, didn't have the products I needed, over charge for everything I ever get a quote on, offer wildly different prices at different branches, have rude staff both in-store and on the phones. Ultimately, an absolute rubbish business that I have no intention of supporting.

Errors dealt in a satisfactory way by Howden's staff

An empty, unsealed A4 envelope arrived today, wrapped in a Royal Mail bag. No gloves. And inadequate postage for any weight or thickness of A4 envelope. However, matter dealt with satisfactorily by staff
