Errors dealt in a satisfactory way by Howden's staff

An empty, unsealed A4 envelope arrived today, wrapped in a Royal Mail bag. No gloves. And inadequate postage for any weight or thickness of A4 envelope. However, matter dealt with satisfactorily by staff

Very disappointed with this branch,

Very disappointed with this branch, My client got a kitchen from here, panels missing been calling for a week every day to sort things out. Someone tell you we gave you 5% if your client buy the kitchen from us, after few days received a call from Ami saying we can gave you 10% if you tell your client you will only install Howdens kitchens. This way we both get something.

The manager and the members of staff are just great to deal with. Always very helpful. Delivery department are great and on time. Can’t fault this branch in anyway. Always on the ball can not be more helpful even if they tried. Great team work. Thank you

Howdens poor service and lack of environmental conscience

Very disappointed with service. I purchased a kitchen through my builder. Unfortunately one set of drawers were not suitable. The kitchen had been planned by Howdens and the builder. It did not make sufficient allowance for a walkway between the stairs and the base unit. It has had to be replaced with a smaller unit to allow for a safe walkway. This has cost me £815 extra. Howdens have refused to take the base unit back, despite the fact that it has not been modified I.e. other than putting the slide rails for the drawers in it is as new. I feel disappointed as I am left with something that I didn’t need, I cannot get rid of the unit other than take it to the dump, which is not very environmentally friendly.
