Not 100 % happy with the service

Not 100 % happy with the service, But after my review, I got a phone call from Callum, who assured me he would come & do a property visit. Initially I ordered 2 doors 2 sets of handles all the gubbins to go with them, had a lengthy conversation asking will the handles work, I was assured they definitely would work, went to collect them, no one about in the warehouse, then the warehouse lad told me that I hadn't ordered handles & hinges, yet I had paid for them, got the doors home the joiner came to fit them & hey presto they handles didn't work & my oak door was warped like F - - k (that was the joiners words not mine) another journey back to howdens Windsford tomorrow it is for me. After a visit from Mark who changed the handles the handles work fine. Nothing could be done with the door as it was already fitted. But recently by a couple of people I have been told wrapped doors from howdens have been known. But that has nothing to do with the staff in any store as the door's are packaged & they wouldn't know, so all in all I have changed my review. The after service was very good.
