G P G property services

4 times we arranged delivery and each time it has failed to arrive. This has caused me to loose time on other jobs as the place it is being delivered to is unoccupied and i have been there waiting for delivery and i have not been informed it wasn't coming. I had to ring and find out myself. Other wise the experience has been fine as I have used Howdens a few times.

Exceptional Customer Service!

Fantastic customer service from Howdens Winsford. Popped in to enquire and purchase some Jigtech handles and fittings. I was served by a lovely professional young man. He helped me make the right decision and advised on the correct size etc. We chatted briefly and he shared his passion for learning about joinery - maybe something Howdens could support him with - he is a real asset to your business.

New Kitchen HOWDEN'S WINSFORD

We recently dealt with Howdens in Winsford for a new kitchen. It's the first time we've replaced the kitchen for almost 20 years so it was a big deal to us. Sharon and the team did an amazing job, from the initial design right through to the delivery and any questions that arrised during the fitting. Sharon grasped exactly what we were trying to achieve and was very positive and extremely helpful throughout. A big bonus of using Howdens was they were always at hand to provide help and correct any minor discrepancies that we had. It was certainly not a case of us designing the kitchen and once it was paid for being left to get on with it. I would highly recommend using Howden's in Winsford for anyone looking to purchase a new kitchen.

Absolutely first class

Absolutely first class service from start to finish. We had a designer (Sharon) who really knew her stuff and helped us enormously with redesigning our space. The delivery was on time. Everything fitted perfectly and is top quality. Our kitchen is stunning! We would highly recommend Howdens.

Terrible quartz worktop service twice…

I have had nothing but problems with your worktop service. You can refer to the terrible attitude and service in the recent kitchen worktop saga previously. I have now got a half installed worktop in the utility room as the upstands were wrong despite the fitters saying there was a note saying they needed to be 100 same as the kitchen!! 80mm were sent. The fitters just said ‘well it is there - they have just ignored it!!’ How half the price £650 can be justified for the measuring and fitting is beyond me. With the kitchen mess and this mess I think howdens should be giving me a discount on this with what I have spent with Howdens!!!! This would have been 1 or zero stars if it was not for the Winsford store staff help and attitudes.

Second product from Howdans kitchen to fail, splash back behind cooker hob started to crack and hole’s started to appear, been told for the second time it’s a cleaning issue, unbelievable absolute .

Still awaiting answer, having the same hob replaced again for the third time is not an option, refund is the only option in my opinion, I await an answer. Basically there telling me now as of 23,10,23 case closed no quality issues so just selling rubbish,Thanks Christopher.
