The staff are always great

The staff are always great, Particularly Mark and Sharon as I tend to deal with those two. The only gripe is I bought 2 sliding wardrobe doors, 1 of which has a small fault, I brought this up with Mark and he advised to send a photo via the Howdens WhatsApp group, I did this with no response as I'm not sure it has been read.

Charged for a replacement cabinet.

Had one of the cabinets delivered damaged and replaced it but couldn’t believe it when they charged our builder for it when he was invoiced at the end of the month even though they are supposed to be exchanged free.still awaiting response.
