This is Woking Howdens Since melisa wilder has been there it all goes wrong I’ve been a customer for over twenty years and signed up at least 30 accounts the past and present staff all great but this Melissa is something else I thought a manager was meant to set a good example but not her rude to customers rude to staff in front of people don’t care about anything apart from being on the phone outside smoking what a great site when you arrive I will leaving reviews on my social media if my experience with her and changing shops as this is not good for your company

Truly poor communication

Truly poor communication. As the customer they work to the principle that you have to chase them, not them chasing you to ensure they provide you with excellent customer service. Go elsewhere!

Product is of good quality and normally available. The true star at my local depot are the staff, always helpful with good product knowledge.

Very poor contact from the designer

Very poor contact from the designer . I had to chase him every day with him never calling me back . Even if he did call me back he would say that he never got the messages passed on. Client was not happy with the designer either as again they had to chase him all the time and all he kept giving them was excuses. Kitchen also did not fit properly so had to amend the drawings my self to make the kitchen work as I could not get hold of the designer .

Not to impressed with with the pricing

Not to impressed with with the pricing! Wrong delivery, item left off my order which I thought was on my order. I had to order the item as a extra which pushed the price up even more. The staff were helpful with the mix up but I had to push for the item to be delivered on the same day. Not sure of Howdens web site seems to be not as good as before. Trying to price things off the web site a lot more problematic then before. Shame always been impressed in the pass.
