Ordered 2 lengths of kitchen worktop

*ISSUES NOW RESOLVED WITH STORE MANAGER (LIAM) Ordered 2 lengths of kitchen worktop, got an email a week later to say items are ready to collect so went to collect a day later. Was given a ticket to take to the collection point, only 1 person dealing with 4 customers, after an hour only 1 worktop found, had to re order another worktop which I'm still waiting for. Kitchen half finished & Customer isn't happy. Cant afford to lose customers so will order elsewhere in future

The members of staff at the Workington…

The members of staff at the Workington branch, named Shaun and Shannon have been absolutely excellent and efficient, each time somethings not in stock or there has been a mix up etc. They have ressolved any issues to the best possible resolution. Their excellent service certainly keeps me coming back. Thank you

Openning Times?????

Website confirms open Monday to Friday 07.30 to 17.00, the sign on the door confirms the same time. Arrived at 07.30, No one has opened up its now 07.45,actually opened at 07.52

Excellent service

A big thank you to Emma at your Workington branch who helped our charity to select a kitchen that met our needs within a strict budget. She took the time to show us all the elements that would be required to make the kitchen complete, this prevented surprise costs further down the line. Although I'm sure our total spend was small compared to most, we were made to feel our custom was valued and appreciated.

Poor service

Poor service. I was promised a call back the same day, the next day when I called again there was no apology and still no answer for my query. I feel that they are scrimping on quality. I have had Howdens kitchen cabinets before but the latest order was not the same. Definitely won't be using them again
