The staff at the Yate depot are…

The staff at the Yate depot are brilliant! Your online system is worse than useless. I worked with your team on an estimate, once my online account was activated and the estimate was turned into an order I had no visibility of it. Discussion with my client of what had actually been ordered had to rely on the paper copies. I still find it far easier to drive to the depot, discuss my requirements and ask them to order things on to my account, this is not progress!
