Excellent service and support from Howdens Yaxley. We used them during a complete flat rebuild, and their kitchen designer Amelia did a brilliant job, always willing to amend as we developed our ideas and changed our minds as we worked with our architect to redesign the positioning of the walls.Completely on our wavelength for quality and focus on detail. When it came to installing, their customer service was always on hand for installation advice and amendments here and there, dealing with issues promptly and flexibly. First class customer focus from their excellent manager Dom, who went the extra mile to resolve difficult worktop templating issues.

Yaxley depot - excellent service

Great communication with their Yaxley depot. There was a delay to the delivery, but they knew the urgency and Dominic, branch manager, organised an extra van to deliver the products, and at every stage phoned to let me know. Great service and will definitely use again

Fantastic experience with the team at Yaxley. Dominic and Amelia were superb throughout. very knowledgeable and went out of their way to help us and answer the never ending amount of questions. Will be recommending to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen. 5*.

Delivery Disaster

Overall I was pleased with the initial service, however as I paid for delivery, I didn't expect to be unloading all the kitchen worktops and built up kitchen units myself. 2 delivery men came but 1 of them was unable to to lift anything and therefore it was impossible for 1 person to lift and carry 3 metre worktops by themselves and all the other large built up units etc. The delivery man actually said 'I'm not sure what I would have done if you didn't help me' Surely this should have been reviewed and planned for before the delivery date.....
