Frustrated …

In my experience the staff are really helpful and go over and above which is a good thing given the mess they have to deal with on a constant basis. Your accounting system is probably the most complicated I have ever come across, the fact that a trader can make a payment over the phone via credit card then it seems unbelievably difficult to obtain a receipt, plus even if you go to the app and sign in the second you ask to go to invoices or statements it diverts you to the website where you have to sign in again frustrating. Even if you do that there will be no sign of any payment you have made on any statement not helpful. It has to be said that the product on the whole has stayed fairly consistent not the best but useable all be it the margin between what we the trader buys it for and the reasonable price we can charge the client to stay competitive has narrowed greatly meaning I now use other suppliers more often In closing I don’t want these comments to impact on the staff as I feel they do a great job given the circumstances Brian

Fantastic service and staff

Yeovil branch of Howdens have a very helpful staff which made the choice of kitchen very easy, also the cost of the kitchen was a no brainer, delivery was when i needed the kitchen and on time in short great staff and a great service.
