All great people at York Monks Cross

All great people at York Monks Cross. Helpful, informative and on it . I have a trade account with them and my usual line of work is bathroom fitting, but I also do kitchens too on a smaller scale and i honestly find them very easy to deal with .

Dealt with Howdens Clifton Moor and a fantastic experience from start to finish. It's a big decision getting a new kitchen as so much choice and these guys made the experience easy, comfortable, answered all my many questions and communication was excellent (particularly Rob who was my main point of contact). Cannot recommend highly enough and don't hesitate to use them. I also love the kitchen top quality. Big thanks Lisa

Great staff

Great staff, knowledge and communication. Only let down is from the company admin. I’m still waiting (over 10months) for accounts team to set up my online account. Whenever I try to login I get “Our accounts team is currently processing your application.” This means I cannot access any material or price info, I have to call or visit branch every time. Branch Manager has escalated several times, but still no progress from admin.
