I've had nothing but good experiences with Howdens at Broad oak. They're always true to their word and always make sure I have what I need to get the job done quickly and efficiently. All the staff are very helpful in my experience as a fitter. I have even had James the manager personally bring materials out to me In his car to help me out. Yes, sometimes there are minor issues with design faults but they're always very open and honest and go out of their way to help me get problems sorted. Had a great experience with Steph! Starting a new kitchen can be very stressful but she made us feel at ease throughout the whole journey. She had amazing knowledge of the products and gave us great ideas on how to utilise the space in our kitchen. Howdens do not fit the kitchen but she gave us a few cards of builders who have worked with Howdens a lot and know how to fit their products, our fitter was Kieran and I could not fault his craftsmanship! I cannot wait to return and start my bedroom project with Steph soon Thank you!!!

I can’t speak highly enough of Howdens, and especially Gary, who was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly accommodating, approachable and genuinely invested in making sure everything was perfect, which made the whole process feel effortless. The quality of the units is excellent and clearly built to last, and delivery was impressively quick and seamless.
