They are always so helpful, but went the extra mile on Friday when I was planning to finish a job and found I needed an extra item to enable me to finish and invoice. Not in stock, but had her van pick up and get back to depot by the time I came to pick up other stock. Great service!

I recently ordered some doors and handles from the Hertford branch, and the experience was fantastic. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently. There was a small issue with one of the handles, but it was resolved immediately with a replacement.
