Howdens Hollinwood
I’ve used this particular Howdens branch for a number of years, and one of the main reasons is the kitchen designer, Chris Raybould. He is a fantastic designer and always extremely helpful. If I need to order materials or have any questions, he’s only ever a quick phone call or email away. The service is consistently reliable, which is why I continue to use this branch.

Excellent service at Droitwich …
Went to Droitwich branch with a problem with 2 doors which are an about 6+ years old, told they are now discontinued. But the guy took the details and size and he will see if he can find any. He didn’t have do that, makes a change for that type of customer service today. Maybe that will make the difference when we need a new kitchen. Didn’t get his name but thank you if you get to read this, a credit to Howdens.

I bought my wardrobes from Howdens (Sighthill Depot) and what excellent service. All staff very friendly. Harry Fairbairn did the design, he knows his stuff and gave good solid advice. He was very patient and understanding as I changed my mind numerous times. The outcome was even better than I could have imagined and a great price for first class quality and service. So if you are thinking of a new kitchen or bedroom furniture look no further than Howdens, you won’t be disappointed. I would not go anywhere else.

Helpful staff in the local branch when trying to decide on suitable solutions. Having samples readily available also useful. Pricing could be improved, especially when the Rooster deals show just how much the item could be.
