Excellent service
From entering the showroom we were made to feel welcome. Excellent service from all the staff. Very soon understood what we wanted and suggested styles and colours to suit. The design service was again excellent and any tweaks we wanted were readily incorporated. Revisits and small changes were happily arranged. Overall would 100% recommend Accrington branch.

Excellent customer service from Sabeena at the Wincheap Canterbury branch - she listened carefully to my requirements and came up with a lovely design not only within a very very short timeframe, but also within my modest budget. I asked for a couple of follow up appointments just to be sure I was 100% happy with what I had chosen and staff were very accommodating - they have a viewing room with a big screen which is useful. The kitchens on offer seem better quality than those at some competitor firms, and the range of worktops is good.
