Customer service is key for me and the Louth branch is excellent. My account was with the Skegness branch as this was my nearest but after several bad experiences there I changed my branch to Louth despite the extra milage it causes me. There a great bunch worth the extra milage to get the service I expect.

I've been using my local Llanishen branch for over 15 years. Lovely, friendly staff with good product knowledge. I often pop in for a coffee and a chat. Great kitchens, well worth a visit.

Very good customer services
Very good experience and very helpful specially Thomas Asquith and his manager, the way they show your dream kitchen on a big screen is very nice so you can imagine what it looks like when it comes together plus show us all the options to go cheaper or expensive to meet your budget. 👍

Amazing experience start to finish
After having quotes from several kitchen suppliers that were way out of our budget, we decided to go with Howdens through the Trafford Park branch. There are a few reasons for this: Nothing was too much trouble for them. We had a very large room and some definite ideas of what we wanted it to look like and had the plans altered MANY times (we had decision paralysis!)before settling our our design and layout. Pearl. Pearl is the kitchen designer we worked with and, to say she has the patience of a saint is a huge understatement! What a girl she is! She had so many great ideas that she brought to the table and was so knowledgeable and accommodating. An absolute asset to Howdens. Quality. The cabinets we decided on were on display in the show office so we were able to compare the build quality to the other suppliers and they have not disappointed so far! We went for the bespoke Fir Green option in the and, 6 months on, it still looks brand new. I can’t tell you how impressed I am from start to finish. I’ve ordered a few drawer inserts etc since the fitting and they’ve all been available to collect either the same day or the day after. Having a good kitchen fitter is paramount to achieving the best result so I would recommend not scrimping here! Overall, an absolutely seamless, easy and pleasant process and I’d highly recommend Howdens for a high quality build and look but not the Tom Howley or Devol price tag!

Superb service from start to finish
Superb service from start to finish. Our designer Jim was excellent all through the process. He is very knowledgeable, listens to your needs and is very flexible to make changes and with very good communication. He is a nice, friendly chap too! Howdens don't do the install but Jim put us in touch with a contractor who he felt would meet our expectations. He was also excellent (Richard at RH Carpentry) who worked to a very high standard and for a change these days came on the days/times he promised. We are very pleased with the quality of the units and the end result. Highly Recommended.

Really helpful & knowledgeable staff. Got the items I needed, which was a pleasant surprise - draw carcasses. Had to order 1/4 as not in stock. But delivered the next day for me to collect. Now have all 4.

Boucher Road Belfast Howdens
After visiting a few kitchen companies I left disheartened as they didn’t listen to my ideas or what I wanted. A year later I visited Howdens and could not get over the difference. My ideas were listened to , looked at and my dream kitchen turned out better than I Imagined especially as the space I have is not easy to blend . Stevie is an asset to Howdens and could not be happier to order my kitchen. There was also no pressure to order .
