Over a month no design produced.

On visiting Howdens Amesbury the staff were very accommodating. Detail was then sent in by us in order to design the kitchen, 2 weeks later we recieved an email stating how busy the person we saw is and it was being handed over. Another 3 weeks passed with nothing. 5 weeks and counting wasted, still no design, save your time and effort, go elsewhere!

Terrible customer service

The kitchen itself is very good and the service from Beeston depot was good. The issue we have is that the fitters for the silstone work surface damage our front door and the way head office customer service dealt with this was shocking. They dismissed the claim and basically took the side of the fitters who obviously denied it. Essentially we were told unless there was proof the complaint was closed. Sadly we don’t have cctv facing the door frame to provide the proof they need. So disappointed.

We loved the warm and friendly welcome

We loved the warm and friendly welcome, but most of all they are really helpful with lots of good ideas. We had a choice between a BandQ kitchen or Howdens and their quality made it easy to choose.
