Exceptional customer service.

I have visited this store many times over recent months to purchase products for my house renovation. On one particular occasion I needed two doors that were not immediately available in store. I explained to the store manager, Kerry, how much I needed them that day and she went out of her way to ensure I got them the same day. Her customer service is amazing and she is an asset to the company.

Howdens made a home visit & made a good…

Howdens made a home visit & made a good kitchen plan. The plan was carried out by our builders Craig & Dan meticulously. It took time because all kinds of old problems emerged but the result is great! The cabinets are lovely very modern & strong. We chose a dull grey matt & matched it with panels instead of tiling with floor tiles to match. All looks very good!

Great design by Dean and after design…

Great design by Dean and after design support by Carl and team. Dean worked according to my budget and made amendment to the design to meet our needs. Also, when there was little issue in fitting, he made special visit to my house to guide my builders. There were some items were missing in the delivery but Dean, Carl and team dealt with very efficiently and I received all items. My kitchen looks amazing. Delivery driver was very friendly, polite and helpful. Great customer service and communication by Carl and team. They were patient dealing with my telephone enquiry regarding missing items and they did their best to resolve any issue. Me and my daughter are very happy with all-over experience with HOWDEN at Barnet Branch.
