Howdens - Bourton on the |Water

The BOTW staff are not only approachable and helpful but professional to a fault. What they don't know about the product is not worth knowing and any issues are resolved instantly. Nothing is too much trouble and their professional advice from design to installation help is quite simply above and beyond.

When it comes to kitchens look no further than the Howdens team

The Howdens team at Bourton-on-the-Water are fabulous. James, Tracey, Dan, and the Manager, Tom, are really helpful and go the extra mile in making sure that you, as the customer, get the best possible advice and support. Tom, in particular, is patient and takes the time to sit down with you (on several occasions) to help you design your ideal kitchen according to budget. He has a great eye for detail and knows the product inside out - a great asset to Howdens but equally unassuming, humble and straightforward in approach. Both my partner and I chose kitchens in October '24 and waited until until Jan'25 to have them fitted (we purchased our kitchens during Howdens annual sale which is well worth waiting for if you can). We visited a number of other kitchen manufacturers (Wickes in Cheltenham were awful!) but the level of care and attention that the Bourton team provided far outshone the competition (and it made a difference that they were on hand and local). I experienced issues with a different part of Howdens (the people who fit the laminate who incorrectly templated the sink/tap area) and Tom was instrumental in managing/sorting this. Likewise, my partner also had a few niggles with his kitchen and both Tom and James stepped in to deliver creative solutions. I would not hesitate in recommending the Howdens team at Bourton - friendly, professional, customer centric and thoroughly nice people to deal with.
