WOW -Canterbury brach !A star only person asked my budget brought actual items ..I cannot recomend them highly enough i did upgrade drop compressed laminate on the ladys foot ..Minor issue well kind of embarasing ,she had to go home 🤦‍♀️🙇‍♀️"It wasnt me !"My catch phrase now !Its er still not in because i am saving !Saving hard had the front garden done the entire Canterbury team are legends and thank goodness nearly all the dreadful boarding is off was blocking off a main air vent ?The only one ?I have a mission but certainly not impossible ..If your brother asks why did you do it or calls you stupid for paying of a credit card /Just remind him Sisters are in charge in fact women"Witout women there would be no men !"Had a lovely staycation in Hospital no suntan though !Thanks my lovely blonde hair she was awesome !I shall do before and after photos

Excellent service

I've had nothing but good experiences with Howdens at Broad oak. They're always true to their word and always make sure I have what I need to get the job done quickly and efficiently. All the staff are very helpful in my experience as a fitter. I have even had James the manager personally bring materials out to me In his car to help me out. Yes, sometimes there are minor issues with design faults but they're always very open and honest and go out of their way to help me get problems sorted. Will always recommend them as a store and have a really good relationship with the staff. Adam Hawkes.

Thank God the fitter knew what he was doing because they didn't

I'd been saving for this kitchen to be done for a while and keenly arranged the appointment for Gemma to come round and plan and take measurements which I did not realise at the time were completely incorrect. My previous kitchen was not a Howden's kitchen so the technique of glancing at the doors and assuming their size was not very effective. The kitchen plans were 8" short. The fitter worked with the badly fitted doors and was continually using his blade and inserting fillers, so the kitchen now looks nothing like the plan. When it came to fitting the doors on my fridge freezer he found that the doors supplied would not fit. The only way to make it work was if they supplied me a new fridgefreezer, which they did but this was not part of the plan and was a smaller fridgefreezer and a significant downgrade from the one I had originally. Broad Oak have since refunded me 1/2 days labour which I don't think accurately reflects the amount of extra work it has taken to correct their mistakes. My kitchen was finally completed last week but to top it off I have just had a delivery driver knock on the door wanting to collect some items, after apologising he realised he had got the wroing address, another mistake from what seems like a disorganised branch.
