We had a great experience from the design, delivery and customer support from the Crayford branch for our new kitchen. We used a fitter recommended by Howdens who did an amazing job on installing our kitchen and new flooring. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I have been using howdens for years for…

I have been using howdens for years for kitchens and joinery,crayford branch especially is great,very knowledgeable and helpful staff, In particular I’ve just had a project that needed re designing several times and Anita was very accommodating. Dan and Tom on the front desk know the products very well so get me what I need very quickly so can be on my way. Products and prices great and competitive.on the rare occasion of an issue very quick to sort. Highly recommended

Fitted office Anita the designer was very helpful and made a site visit to measure up. After the initial design Anita made the amendments we wanted and helped organise the delivery. Excellent service from Howdens at Crayford

We used Howdens at Crayford,and the service we received was excellent. Anita who designed our kitchen was brilliant very knowledgeable , patient and helpful, taking time to ensure we were happy with the design, and when Anita was off, Jay stepped in and was also very helpful. The kitchen looks amazing and the warehouse staff were excellent too, swopping items when needed and nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen is lovely, really high quality and there is a huge amount of choice available.I would 100% recommend Howdens especially the Crayford branch.

Excellent communication and service

I am so pleased with my new kitchen. Anita from Howdens Crayford designed it and would never have thought of some of her ideas. It looks like a totally different kitchen. She was most helpful and easy to communicate with. Would certainly recommend both Anita and Howdens for their expertise. Thanks again Anita.

The store assistant was very pleasant…

The store assistant was very pleasant and helped me by getting the door that I required from the warehouse and brought it to my van. The door was in stock and at a seasonable price. Good all round service provided.

Professional kitchen renewal

Getting a completely new kitchen is stressful and can mentally affect individuals. But not when you deal with Anita from the Howdens Crayford office who from our very 1st meeting to the final design was helpful, full of advice and very patient. The whole package which was the design, delivery, recommendations of builder made it all worthwhile. Professional and dedicated young lady.
