Disaster from design to install

Wrong parts wrong back splash £1000 dose not FIT WITH HERON BONE PATTERN I WOULDN'T GO TO THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN FROM DESIN TO INSTALL NOW AWAITING ANOTHER BACK SPLASH WHICH IS MONDAY 17TH FITTERS BUST FOR ANOTHER 2WEEKS .JUST COST ME ANOTHER 120 FOR A GLASS BACK SPLASH TO ORDER THEY SEND YOU PANELS TO CUT DOWN WHEN THEY SUPPLY ONE WHAT DOSENT NEED CUTTING UNLESS YOU WANT A HEAD FULL OF CARTOONS AWOID THIS COMPANY Fitter came back today to fit the splash backs another problem they don't make a trim to fit 3mm splash back sent out 10mm This is a company what sell you products but don't manufacture all the products to finish it has to be sealed instead of trims If you want a complete kitchen then don't shop here

Excellent customer service from start to finish — from the initial kitchen design right through to loading up at collection. Wayne in the design department has been brilliant, handling the various design changes and offering great suggestions for improvement. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!

Howdens Never ordered all the parts for the 3 chest of draws Had to go back 2 times to pick up others items still waiting for plinth and one top. Quality is not good if I knew they were flat pack I would not have purchased them.
