Have recently used the services of the Hounslow branch of Howdens. Been dealing with Jayraj mainly who has provide exceptional Customer Service. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Always serving customers with a smile. In fact all the Howdens team at the Hounslow branch are awesome; from the main shop floor to the guys in the warehouse. Would definitely recommend this branch to anyone and everyone.

Raj was incredibly warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, making the whole account setup process completely hassle-free. He guided me through every step with ease and even let me choose a joining gift, which was a thoughtful touch. Raj introduced me to his colleague Jay, and together they made me feel like a valued customer from start to finish. While I was completing the paperwork, I was offered a drink of my choice, which was such a nice gesture that made the experience feel even more personal and comfortable. When it was time to leave, Raj made sure to let me know that I could stop by anytime for tea or coffee, which just shows the level of care and attention they give to their customers.
