Very disappointed…

I was informed that my account was due to be closed and I needed to make a purchase on the account to keep it open. I went to Trentham branch which was near to where I was working and purchased 2 x HKC0047. I thought that this would be sufficient for keeping my account active. To my surprise I then got a phone call from my account branch informing me that my account was now closed! To add to this was the really high cost of the items purchased….I can purchase the same make from Screwfix for a lot less….very disappointed in Howdens!

poor finance dealing

i was rang by the branch to say my invoice was ready for payment so paid straight away then to be sent a nasty court letter with charges i wont be dealing with them again

Jordan from the Leek branch was fabulus from start to finish. From the moment Jordan visted our home and started to put together the initial designs to the actual fitting, everything has gone brilliantly. We're absolutely delighted with our new kitchen. Highly recommend.

I just want to say thank you to Leek, I’ve used Howdens in different ways since you opened firstly in Newcastle upon Tyne now in the midlands, unfortunately the Uttoxeter branch which is my nearest gave me nothing but problems and unwilling to help, luckily the staff at leek saved the day. Thank you again to all the staff in leek, just a shame Uttoxeter aren’t up to the same high standards.cheers Leek see you soon.
