Staff not clued up on products

Staff not clued up on products , 3 items we needed going in and out of catalogs getting products out of racks which were wrong then calling ware house staff in to show them were it was , got one bit trade counter then out in ware house staff, then back in counter not good.

Great customer service

We had our kitchen designed, priced up and ordered with Howdens - just waiting on delivery now! So far our experience has been absolutely fantastic. We've been working with Jack, who is really friendly and could immediately understand the vision we had for the space. We had a couple of meetings with him for initial plans and then making some tweaks - and both were really smooth and lovely experiences. He was great at getting us what we wanted within our budget - offering cheaper alternatives where possible, while helping us weigh up and still afford the more premium items we were not prepared to compromise on, like quartz and appliances. I would definitely use Howdens again, and highly recommend Jack specifically.
