Haven't had a kitchen yet that's been complete content wise . One kitchen was missed measured by 300mm. Had to sort it out my self backwards and forwards to depot. Iv realised now that I need to add extra 2 days on my price to accommodate for the extra running about i have to do. Seriously thinking of closing down my account. Last kitchen 20k . As a big company think you should be more on the ball

Great service, great team.

I cannot praise the staff at Netherfield branch enough. We have recently purchased a new kitchen and utility, bathroom base cabinets and internal oak doors from them. The patience of Steph and Simon over the past months was amazing , through the design stage, and the product knowledge of Gary and Wayne was brilliant, down to which oil to finish the doors with to get the effect that I wanted. Above all it is so refreshing to find a team that work together and that make the customer feel welcome rather than an inconvenience to them. Great service from a great team.

Bought doors and handles 3 moths ago…

Bought doors and handles 3 moths ago then day before scheduled to be fitted wife changed her mind re style of handles. Had the pleasure of being served by Gary Fewkes. Accepted the door handles as a return and then sourced my wife’s new choice of handles which were out of stock at Netherfield branch by phoning around other Howdens branches , phoning me several times to up date me with time and dates of delivery of the new handles. Gary so professional and helpful. Such a great customer service.

Great communication from Harry…

Great communication from Harry throughout, he provided us with exactly what we wanted including gorgeous designs and different options, alongside understanding the urgency behind us getting the kitchen ordered. Harry & Simon ensured to walk me through the finer details when they visited and explored different options in depth to meet our wants & needs. Overall I was delivered a really positive, friendly and professional experience by Harry and Simon and could not fault the service provided at all. Very happy!
