We used Howdens Portchester to design and supply our kitchen. We were delighted with the service that we received from Mandy our kitchen designer. She couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, always went the extra mile and was always there with a thought or idea when we were struggling for inspiration during the design process. The units that we have seem to be good quality and we are hopeful that they will last 25 years like our last kitchen! If I had one thing to say about the Howdens experience it would be that the trade-only nature of their business makes the lack of price transparency as you go through the process frustrating for me. Mandy went out of her way to help with this but it remained a frustration.

Howdens Portchester ( Mandy stokes ) I don’t know where to start , Mandy took so much time and effort designing and creating my dream kitchen . I love it so much and it couldn’t have looked any better than it did . I was such a pain ringing and changing my mind about colours / heights / styles .... she was absolutely brilliant and nothing was a problem to do or change at all . 5 stars from me

Received exceptional service from Sam and Bev who helped me find a replacement for a door catch which exactly matched my broken one. So when I was back at home I just had to slot it in and refit the handle. Works Perfectly Many thanks again to Sam and Bev

Amazing experience

Mandy was an absolute breath of fresh air when we met her, to design my dream kitchen. She listened to what we thought we wanted/needed and came up with ideas that we hadn’t thought of and when the design was sent to us we fell in love with it. Mandy is very knowledgeable about products, no pushy sales pitch which was so good, she is mindful of what people want and she was an absolute gem to design what we could only have dreamed of before. We cannot wait to go from design to reality and would recommend Mandy to everyone.
