Loads missing every delivery and the not being believed.Charging customer for things they did not receive.Not knowing what is needed to build tall corner unit and leaving me to improvise building it with out the right materials with the customer was charged for.Hinges handles missing,wrong coloured edging.

Whilst Howdens were closing at 5pm and the shop almost locked on Christmas eve, the manager of the Ruislip branch did his level utmost locating an oven pack and ensuring i get loaded in my car. Thank you !! 5 STAR gentleman - sorry did not get his name.
