Bought a kitchen for a customer of…

Bought a kitchen for a customer of mine,so far its been an absolute shocking experience, measured wrong, sent the wrong units, managers attitude disgusting, she is so passive aggresive its unbelievable,how she is manager let alone working there i will never know,shop staff atrocious,all because they got it wrong and cant take responsibility, 2 weeks since delivery and still not sorted out. Cant even complain, asked at a different branch for head office or someone above the manager, all i got was accounts phone number!!!! Do not buy a kitchen from this company, apparrently now her,designer/measurer is costing them money,!!! No mention of 2 men still waiting after 3 weeks and havnt fitted a unit!!!Terrible terrible experience.never again with this company.

Not happy at all with Howdens South…

Not happy at all with Howdens South Shields. When I asked for a bit discount off 6 expensive doors manager was a bit off with me. I went back to Gateshead stadium and asked the manager and he discounted a couple pound off each door and was very helpful and counter staff very helpful as well. I think all tradesmen or trades women should be treated with a bit of respect as we keep each branch open.
