Firstly I love my kitchen NOW this review is not about the kitchen units they are lovely , it’s about the worktops We decided to use howdens for the granite worktops even though there is a local company that do granite as I thought using one company would be more seamless WRONG DECISION when they came out to template the worktops which was(400) pound He was not very nice to my joiner( a lovely young lad) about a 7mm discrepancy in the unit line which was put right in 2 mins . The work tops delivered 7 days later then turned out to be 100mm out on the sink so nothing could be connected , the sink the washing machine , the dishwasher and the hob So another WEEK wait It arrived the week after and it was wrong again by 55 mm I was getting really upset by this time as it was the Thursday before Xmas and they knew I was having family for Xmas day Anyway after a lot of begging phone calls they brought yet another piece 3 days before Xmas day and this one did fit. This was the most stressful kitchen fit I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few Although I have no problem with howdens kitchens I willNOT be recommending the stoneworks part of the buisness I will add that they did offer what they are calling compensation but I am not They are giving me the 400 pound back that was the cost of the man that came out to template ,which actually I don’t think you should pay for a job that wasn’t done correctly anyway I paid 5,400 for the worktop and they gave me nothing in the way of compensation Just the money back for the job that the man couldn’t do

Our Howdens kitchen has just been completed. Polly at tvte designed it which was amazing with so much storage as requested. North East projects (Jake the owner) and his team did a fantastic job, he is very calm making sure everything turns out perfect. Thank you so much

Friendly helpful staff.

I cannot think of any member of staff at Howdens Team Valley (or any other Howdens) who are not welcoming and friendly. Staff appear to be very knowledgeable about products and services. Sonya is a credit to the company by her prompt attention to service and updates to the business.
