This place has potential

Has potential to be a fantastic depot, yet it won’t ever be. Usually after 30-45 minutes of trying to phone through, I find myself having to drive to the depot just to check stock! What is the point in having a telephone if it doesn’t get answered? Most time when I go in there is a young chap with a beard, I think his name is Josh? He seems to always be on his own to serve a queue of customers and answer the phones whilst the other staff members sit around talking. I think management needs to intervene and change this? Surely 1 person shouldn’t be doing the job of 3-4 others? Having experienced this many times, unfortunately I have to shop elsewhere ie, Magnet, Bradfords or Wickes. I can also imagine there is a lot of lost revenue due to this? As I always hear the words ‘target’ and/or ‘number’ perhaps if everyone clubbed together and picked up the phone they might make money. But whilst it’s left to one person, I don’t see this being the case Overall poor experience.

I had a lovely lady called Mel from Trowbridge branch do my design, she made me feel so comfortable and really did a great design. It self like talking to a friend no hard pushing a sale on me . She is an asset to the company

Quality upstand quickly available

Fitting new worktops and upstand to an existing kitchen, I found I had underestimated the upstand length. Fortunatley Howdens' Trowbridge branch had just what I needed in stock. Easy to collect and fit, and my customer is very happy with the finished result.

Part deliveries for 2 phase kitchen

Part deliveries for 2 phase kitchen. Eventually sorted, but not before expressing how disappointed I was with service and my customer detailing she had paid for a product we was both told was in depot… obviously not the case!
